Assuming that you have a UNIX system up and working on which to practice, the CD-ROM includes all that is necessary to compile, install, and configure Samba. The latest major release of Samba is included in source code form and as precompiled binaries. I've also included extra documentation in the form of FAQs, some useful Perl scripts, and additional GUI configuration tools for your enjoyment.
